Phaedon Group in Seoul, Kyonggi-Do - Japan Airline Does Not Provide Soap in Bathrooms

Japan airline flight JL417 (Oct 9 2009) flight from Narita, Japan to Milan, Italy refused to provide soap in their airplane even in the midst of the Swine Flu epidemic. When asked why there was no soap in the bathrooms the flight attendants said that JAL had budget cutbacks.

Talk about safety for passengers!!!! The funny thing is that 1 out of 3 Japanese travelers were wearing masks to avoid the Swine Flu and we have the nations top airline ignoring this issue. When I told the ground crew about this in Milan, the JAL supervisor simply shook her head and said nothing.... simply nothing.

She really did not care and thought that a soap issue was not important. Can someone tell JAL the importance of SOAP!!!
